I love teachin and coaching little kids how to swim. It a challenge at times but it feels great to have them win competitions after coaching them :) lets me know that i did something right!
P.S. Shoutout to my little man Daniel Kim for getting first on 50 free, 50 breast, and 50 fly on his division. (6-7yrs old). Yuppp i definitely did something right!!!

Woke up in the middle of my sleep. Ive been trying to go back to bed but I couldnt. I positioned myself where im comfy and as i was trying to go back to bed, I remembered how you used to lay down right next to me and look me in the eye and not speak.

I have been swimming all my life. I swam internationally to represent Philippine for Junior Asian Games back in the day from 1997 to 2000. I miss swimming like that. I also got out of school for Palarong Pambansa i’ve represented my city since I was 7yrs old.
My routine consisted of:
Wake up at 2:45am
3am - 6am to swim
Go to shoo from 7am-4pm
Swim from 5pm to 9pm
